Shipping and Return Policy
The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within the USA is 3-7 business days and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.
A shipment notification with tracking information will be emailed once your order is completed and processed for shipping. US Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Heavier items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS due to weight limits.
International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Postage without tracking and DHL / UPS / FEDEX. For international packages with tracking, please be aware that we are NOT responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. We are NOT responsible for missing, lost or stolen packages.
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items can’t be refunded.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1-2 days from receiving the items. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges to return item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund (minus shipping cost) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We cannot accept any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We are NOT liable for loss, theft, incorrect or insufficient address entries. You will be responsible for shipping to the correct address. We cannot replace items sent to the incorrect address before we receive the items back. However, you may re-order the items and receive a credit back on the returned items when received.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages with tracking marked “delivered”, we apologize. Please call your local post office regarding a package marked “delivered” but not received.
